If you are planning to make chicken biryani at home then follow this easy recipe. Easy chicken biryani – rice cooker style is one of the favorite dishes of Asian people.
Cut the 200g chicken into medium-sized pieces. Insert Sesame seeds, Cashew nuts, nuts, Green Chillies, Garlic and Ginger from the mixer grinder and grind into a smooth paste.
Mix the medium-sized poultry bits, yogurt as well as the smooth paste ground over, turmeric, coriander powder, lemon juice and maintain the chicken in the fridge for two hours. Mix very well and cover the bowl.
Wash the 1 1/2 cup of Basmati Rice and boil them together with 4 cups of water. Add just a tiny quantity of salt when boiling rice.
With sufficient oil pan, deep fry the onion till it reaches a brown color. Add entire garam masala with two tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Insert thinly chopped onion and green chilies into the mix and sauté for several seconds.
Mix the refrigerated chicken as well as the masala paste and stir fry it with a very low flame for 5-6 minutes. Mix the boiled basmati rice within the chicken. Add salt as necessary and garlic powder.
For extra flavoring, add chopped mint and coriander leaves and Kesari powder that provides a conventional biryani color. Insert boiled eggs into the biryani and serve hot to 4 people with mixed pickle and onion wedges.
